Antigravity dynamic arm support with a full range of motion
AIDFLEX G9
Antigravity dynamic arm support with a full range of motion
Start using the machine in three simple steps
Adjust the machine’s
height
The easily adjustable height setting allows the user to use the machine while standing or sitting
Secure your arm
on the armrest
The armrest has a soft cuff, which gently secures the forearm in the chosen position
Choose support
intensity
The rotating knob allows to adjust the level of support for the arm
The following diseases can be treated on the G9
Stroke
SCI
Polyneuropathy
Shoulder injury
Purpose
Elbow injury
Shoulder joint artrosis
Shoulder capsule injury
Shoulder impeachment
Hemiparesis upper arm
For healthy people who need to keep their arms aside for a long time
The Aidflex G9 Dynamic Arm Support Trainer is designed to compensate for arm weight. Suitable for all people with motor disorders in the upper limbs, leading to a non-physiological limitation of the range of motion and the ability to position the hand in a given position. To use the simulator, minimal movements in the muscles of the shoulder girdle, in the proximal part of the shoulder and simple movements in the hand and fingers for manipulations and grasping movements are necessary.
Intended use of the device
Aidflex G9 can be used at home, in office, at the workplace and as a rehabilitation trainer in physical therapy and ergotherapy with an option of gradual increase in the load and motion range.
Usage of the device
The simulator can also be used by healthy people as unloading support, having the need to hold their hands in the abduction position for a long time. The simulator is universal it can be used for both the right and left hand. The simulator can be used both in sitting and standing positions.
Aidflex Therapy
The versatility of Aidflex dynamic arm support allowed to extend the range of potential therapeutic effects and to create a unique and comprehensive «Aidflex Therapy» physical rehabilitation program.
Aidflex dynamic arm support is developed to help in overcoming the barriers on the way to conscious, biomechanically correct motions, which, being simple for a healthy person, are difficult and inaccessible for people with diseases and injuries of central nervous system.
Advantages G9
Fine-frequency adjustment of the antigravity effect allows the device to be used in physical rehabilitation for motor disorders of the upper extremities
Due to the use of special springs that do not change the force depending on the traction, compensating force is obtained as uniform and low inertia
Allows you to use the simulator in the sitting and standing position
Thanks to the smooth adjustment of the unloading force, it is possible to choose individual unloading of the hand in each individual case
Comfortable support for the hands. Allows you to safely perform exercises in the standing position while maintaining balance with your hands— good for strengthening the muscles of the trunk

Effective rehabilitation
for users with long-term disorders of the upper limbs
  • Natural freedom of movement
Activates the areas of the motor cortex responsible for complex muscle twitch sequences
  • Lightens muscle load
Takes weight off the neck and shoulders. An indispensable device for those who work with their arm extended for prolonged amounts of time
  • Sustains joint mobility
Systematic movements guard against deformities and accompanying diseases
  • Hastens the rehabilitation
    process
Exercising in a relaxed environment motivates the user to actively participate in the rehabilitation program
  • Development of unassisted movements
The dynamic unloading force assists the arm in developing its own movements. The arm's coordination and precision will improve over time
  • Stable support
The specialized weight-bearing mechanism provides level support for the arm as it moves around. This helps the user make precise, accurate movements
Complete
The antigravity effect is controlled by small frequency signals. This makes the machine well-suited for patients with upper limb problems
